Definition
A map [ilmath]f:M\rightarrow N[/ilmath] between two smooth manifolds [ilmath](M,\mathcal{A})[/ilmath] and [ilmath](N,\mathcal{B})[/ilmath] (of not necessarily the same dimension) is said to be smooth[1] if:
